Our Services

Inspections & Consultations
We offer free inspections for customers with specific tree, shrub, insect, disease, or plant health concerns who need a basic evaluation, treatment recommendation, or service estimate. For customers who would like a more detailed review, our certified arborist consultations provide a closer look at plant health, site conditions, possible causes of decline, structural concerns, and long-term care recommendations to help you make informed decisions for your property. Pest Management
Advance Tree & Shrub uses integrated pest management (IPM) treatment programs that provide identification and treatment of pest infestations. Our arborist will make periodic evaluations of your plants for pest and other issues that can affect plant health. Treatments are applied as necessary to reduce pest populations and maintain plant health.

Disease Control
Our Disease Control services help protect trees and shrubs through proper inspection, seasonal monitoring, and targeted treatment when needed. Using an Integrated Pest Management approach, our team evaluates plant health, site conditions, disease symptoms, and other stress factors before recommending a practical care plan. From leaf spot and fungal issues to declining trees and shrubs, our goal is to support healthy growth and long-term plant health with professional recommendations and treatment options.

Soil Care Management
Not all soil is the same. It can be different, even in the same neighborhood! Our arborist will first determine the condition of your trees and shrubs. Then soil samples will be taken. If soil modifications are necessary, our technician will mix the prescribed materials and apply the treatment on site.

Diagnostic Sampling
Some tree and shrub problems cannot be confirmed by a visual inspection alone. Diagnostic sampling may be recommended when symptoms point to a possible disease, soil issue, nutrient deficiency, or pest problem that needs further identification. This service helps us make more accurate recommendations instead of guessing at the cause of decline.

Mosquito Control
Do not let mosquitoes keep you from enjoying your yard. We offer both one-time mosquito treatments and monthly mosquito service during the warmer months.
Our monthly mosquito service runs from April through October and targets common mosquito resting and breeding areas around the property.

Fire Ant Control
Fire ants can create painful stings and make lawns, outdoor spaces, and landscape beds uncomfortable to use. We offer fire ant services to help reduce activity around your property.
Fire ant service may be recommended for: Lawns, Landscape beds, Play areas, Outdoor living spaces, Commercial properties, and HOA common areas.

Insect Disease Management
Ticks can be a recurring concern for properties with wooded edges, tall grass, wildlife activity, pets, or frequent outdoor use. Our tick service is designed to target areas where ticks are commonly found and help reduce activity around your property.
Our tick program includes approximately three visits (service every 12 weeks) beginning in early spring and continuing into fall.

Root Invigoration
A healthy tree should have a visible root flare at the base of the trunk. When the root flare is buried by soil, mulch, or improper planting, it can lead to moisture problems, decay, girdling roots, and long-term decline.
Root Collar Excavation helps expose the root flare and evaluate the condition of the base of the tree.

Vertical Mulching
Vertical mulching is a soil improvement service that helps reduce compaction and improve air, water, and nutrient movement in the root zone. This can be especially helpful for trees growing in compacted soil, construction-impacted areas, or high-traffic landscapes.

Installation
We offer tree and shrub installation with restrictions. This service may be available for customers who need to replace a diseased, dying, or removed plant, or who want to add new trees or shrubs to their property.
**Limitations apply based on plant size, site conditions, access, and project scope.

Tree Risk Assessments
We offer Tree Risk Assessments (fees apply) for customers who need a professional evaluation of a tree’s condition, structure, and potential risk. These assessments are often requested by HOAs, cities, towns, insurance companies, property managers, real estate professionals, or homeowners who have concerns about a specific tree.

Have Girdling Roots?
A defined root flair is essential to having a healthy tree. Girdling roots can wrap around the trunk of the tree causing the roots to girdle the stem and stop water flow and nutrient absorption. This can occur from improper planting or from having too much mulch around the base of the tree. Contact us to schedule your FREE estimate.

Growth Regulator
Tired of pruning? We have the ability to control the growth of trees and even keep them the same size! A growth regulator works by slowing the vegetative growth of plants and inhibiting growth, gently and predictably. A single application provides a long-lasting reduction of vegetative growth, effectively extending the trimming cycle of trees and reducing the amount of woody growth that must be removed.

Air Spade Services
Air Spade services use high-pressure air to safely move soil without damaging roots. This allows our team to inspect and work around the root system more carefully than traditional digging methods.
This is a valuable tool for trees showing signs of stress, poor planting depth, compacted soil, or root-related decline.
